The Renewal by Andersen® Fully Transferable Limited Warranty

Our high-performing windows at Renewal by Andersen come with a 20-2-10 fully transferable limited warranty. It includes a 20-year limited warranty for Fibrex® composite material and glass, a 10-year limited warranty for components like locks and hinges, and a 2-year limited warranty for the installation of the unit. Because the warranty is fully transferable, its coverage will not end when you sell your home. Be sure to hire an authorized contractor to install your Renewal by Andersen windows in order to get access to this warranty.

How to Use Your Warranty

There are a few simple ways to make a warranty claim. You may ring our Warranty Service Line at (800) 441-1109, contact the Renewal by Andersen showroom nearest to you or visit our official website renewalbyandersen.com. Our team will get in touch with you to investigate your warranty claim and work out an appropriate action within two weeks. The warranty service may be performed by an authorized service provider or Renewal by Andersen.

To speed up the claim process, take note of the following essential information:

  • The serial number of the affected product(s), which you can find on a label on either the top or side of the window frame
  • A detailed description of the problem(s) the affected product is experiencing
  • The date of purchase, if available
  • Your complete name
